By getting in touch with customer service, you can change your mind about receiving communications from us electronically. However, you must stop using your account if you decide not to continue receiving our information electronically.
General Information
All terms and conditions, as well as any phone or online transactions made through www.ArcPrint.com.my, are governed by Malaysian law. ArchPrint disclaims all liability for any delays or losses brought on by equipment failure, acts of God, and other unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. Order placement by the Buyer shall constitute acceptance of the Seller's terms. Malaysian law shall in all respects control the terms and conditions.
Order Reservations
ArchPrint reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Without providing a reason, we reserve the right to refuse any order at any moment. Even after we receive the order, we have the right to adjust the pricing at any time.
ArchPrint Return Policy
Once the order has been processed and/or sent, no refunds may be accepted because of the nature of the items. Within two (2) business days of receiving the products, you must file a written claim for any flaws, damage, or shortages. Only those orders that were handled improperly will be replaced. The order will only be replaced once the returned goods have been received. If we decide that the order was handled improperly by the buyer or that the buyer used a portion of the order before returning the remainder of it, we will not replace the order.
ArchPrint Credit Card Policy
ArchPrint won't process the buyer's order if their credit card is refused. In the event that the purchase is shipped and the buyer's account is late, the buyer consents to pay a 2% monthly finance charge (an annual percentage rate of 24%) on the outstanding balance. Future purchases will need advance payment if an account is overdue by the due date of the payment period, barring special agreements. Buyer agrees to cover reasonable attorney fees and costs in the event that ArchPrint needs to file a lawsuit to enforce any of the terms of this agreement.
ArchPrint Warranty Policy
Except for the potential replacement of the products that the buyer is purchasing, ArchPrint neither expressly guarantees nor implies nor takes responsibility for any other situation. ArchPrint might replace a damaged item or issue a credit for the price paid, but this is not a promise.
ArchPrint Shipping Policy
For the benefit of the buyer, ArchPrint will negotiate shipping terms with the carrier. The cost of shipping and handling will be entirely the buyer's responsibility. While the order is with the shipping carrier, ArchPrint will not be held liable for any delivery delays, order loss, or order damage.
Limitation of Liability on ArchPrint
In the event that someone breaches or fails to fulfill one of our responsibilities, ArchPrint will not be liable to the client in contract, in tort (including negligence), or for any incidental or consequential damages. Any financial losses, costs, fees, damages, and/or other economic damages of any kind shall not be the responsibility of ArchPrint to any party. The Buyer acknowledges that the work in question may give rise to claims that it violates copyrights, trademarks, service marks, is scandalous, infringes on someone else's privacy, or violates other personal rights, and that the Buyer will not hold ArchPrint liable for any loss, cost, expense, or damages (including legal costs) resulting from such claims, demands, actions, or proceedings.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Orders that have already been dispatched or that have been cancelled while the order is still being processed will not be eligible for a refund from ArchPrint or its connected business.
