How can you send your Design?
You can send your artwork to us by:

If my artwork doesn't comply with ArchPrint's requirements, what will happen to my order?
Your order will be on hold , ArchPrint team will contact you for further instructions and clarifications.
Your order will be deemed invalid if we don't hear from you within 30 days from the date that you placed the order.
ArchPrint will often contact you if there is a mistake after reviewing your artwork.
How will my products be delivered?
At the check-out page you may select for delivery service or pickup from our locations, when selecting delivery service, kindly note that your order will be delivered by the assigned ArchPrint courier service. If you select pickup from our locations the job shall be self picked up by customer or customer may arrange an express pickup service from their end such as Lalamove, Grab.. ETC
Can I schedule a specific delivery?
For standard courier delivery, a scheduled delivery date and time is unavailable due to courier company handling on delivery schedules.
Can I request for a sample before the full quantity printing?
Sample printing is available for bulk quantity jobs only. Terms and conditions will be applied based on MOQ and product production processing.
What should I do if I wish to temporarily change my delivery address?
if you would like to change the delivery address after placing your order and check-out, kindly contact us for assistance on this matter within a maximum of 6 hours period after placing your order.

Are you able to design artwork?
To obtain an estimate for our design services, you can email us or get in touch with us.
Can my order be changed or cancelled?
Only if your order has not yet been put in printing and you discovered the issue after sending it to us. Please get in touch with customer service right away so we can put your task on hold while you make the required changes. Please be aware that there will be a delay in the completion and delivery of your items in such a situation.
Is it possible to create my artwork in different sizes?
Yes, however you must request a price and confirm that the desired print size is available. Please observe our product dimensions. These are the sizes that we strongly advise for meeting the needs of the majority.
When should I expect delivery?
While we work hard to deliver your finished order on schedule, the courier service provider will determine the precise time it will arrive at your home.
Despite the fact that the courier service provider we hired delivers to most locations, some regions require lengthier delivery times due to erratic demand and occasionally poor road infrastructure.
What areas are covered by your delivery service?
All Malaysian states are served by the chosen courier service provider. Because of unpredictable demand and occasionally poor road infrastructure, some regions might wait longer for deliveries.
What happens if I'm not home when my products are delivered?
Normal procedure would be for our courier service provider to get in touch with you before delivery. If you would like your items delivered at a particular time, kindly let them know. Another option would be to alter your order's address option. With this choice, you can choose a different address from your normal one for the delivery of your products to you.
What should I do if my orders are mixed up or don't arrive on time?

Will ArchPrint guarantee the privacy of my data?

What are your products' typical specifications?

How are the finished products packaged?
The majority of finished products are packaged safely in paper boxes that are labelled with the contents information, including the customer's name and delivery address, the product type, quantity, and handling instructions.
Despite our commitment to providing on-time delivery of items to all of our members, we are unable to 100% guarantee punctuality owing to things like acts of God, unforeseen national emergencies, and the ability of the courier service provider. Additionally, some places require lengthier delivery periods because of irregular demand and perhaps poor road infrastructure.

What do I do if I am dissatisfied with my order?
Please write to our Customer Service within a week (7 days) of receiving your order if you are dissatisfied with your printed items.
Please be sure to provide your order number and the nature of your complaint. If your order has not arrived within the allotted delivery period, kindly contact us at Feedback no later than one week (7 days) from the date of the allotted delivery time. In order to satisfy your expectations, our Customer Service staff will consider your request.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only reprint or refund the cost of a product if it falls short of the requirements set forth in the General Expectation on Printing Outcome (Customer Terms & Conditions, point #5). However, mistakes made by customers during the development of artwork or documents, such as typos or incorrect images or designs, are not our responsibility. ArchPrint does not check artwork or documents for content or spelling in an effort to reduce expenses and pass along the savings to our customers.

How should I store my artwork? What file format should I use?

Once I've submitted my design, can I make changes or cancel it?
After submitting your artwork, you may edit and cancel the design—BUT ONLY IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN PRINTED. To find out the status of your order, please get in touch with customer service.
Can I print anything I want at ArchPrint?
You certainly can as long as your printing request does not violate Malaysia's printing and publication laws. Jobs containing offensive text or imagery won't be printed by our company. Information that is sensitive on a political, religious, or racial basis falls under this category. Any infringement on the content of artwork will not be our responsibility.
Can I pick up my orders from your office directly?
You can, of course. Please make arrangements with Customer Service.
Can you Tell me what is CYMK Printing?
Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key (Black) is a three-letter acronym that is pronounced separately. In the CMYK colour paradigm, each colour is defined as a combination of these four process colours. The common colour model for offset printing full-color documents is CMYK. This type of printing is frequently referred to as four-color printing since it uses inks in these four primary colours.
Can I ask for a finishing other than what is provided for a specific product or process?
Yes. For our regular ArchPrint goods, you must adhere to our printing requirements. This keeps your costs down while ensuring the constancy of our products' quality. Will the color of the final printed product be 100% the same as the original color of the artwork that I sent you?
No. It is common knowledge in the printing business that the current state of print technology prevents 100% process colour accuracy. Therefore, the finished product's colour will never be exactly the same as the original artwork, even if a printing company uses the most modern press technology and highly experienced staff. However, the level of differences changes from printing company to printing company. Other elements that could affect colour divergence include:

Paper quality, surface, and brightness all have an impact on how precisely colours print.

Humidity Levels: Damp weather can make ink colours saturated.

Press machine brand: Various presses yield varying colour outcomes.

Monitor Displays and Color Settings: Inconsistent monitor colour calibration or colour settings (RGB, CMYK) can render final output colours incorrectly.
