Booklet Printing

What booklet sizes are available at ArchPrint?

For booklet we do offer standard sizes which are A5, A4 & A3. Additionally, we are able to print custom size booklets depending on the customer's request.

Can I choose any material for the booklet that I want to order from ArchPrint? Also, can ArchPrint provide me with a printed sample based on the material I choose?

You may choose the booklet material from the list provided on ArchPrint's webiste. As for physical samples, you may visit our printing center that is nearest to you to check our range of ready samples.

Can I choose the type of binding that I want for my booklet order?

We will suggest for you the best binding type depending on the number of pages in your booklet.
- Perfect binding: For perfect binding we suggest a minimum of 30 pages or more.
- Sadle / Staple binding: For Sadle or perfect binding we suggest that the pages be in multiples of 4 and that is to avoid any blank pages at the end of the booklet content page.

How should I arrange my files so that the printing sequence is correct for my order?

We advise you to separate your pages individually one page at a time, because our printing software will arrange the pages in the correct printing sequence. Also, we will send you a video sample before we proceed with the full quantity of the order.

Canvas Printing

What canvas frame sizes are available at ArchPrint?

At ArchPrint we provide the standard sizes which are as follows: A0, A1,A2, and A3. Additionally, we can fabricate a custom size canvas frame for you upon request. please visit or custom quotation page to order your custom sized canvas frame

Is it possible to change the the print from a canvas frame that I bought earlier form another supplier?.

At ArchPrint we do not accept replacing the print from a ready printed canvas that you have bought from another supplier. When you purchase the canvas frame from us we will check the condition of the frame to make sure that it is in good condition to replace the old printing with a new one.

How can you ensure the printing quality and color for the file will be good on my completed order?

For the printing quality we are use the HP Eco Latex at a quality of 1440dpi. Therefore, the color will be following the exact color from your file and if there is any issue we will notify you directly of the issue. But we cannot say it is 100% because of different factors such as materials used and how they absorb the printed color.

How long does a canvas print last for?

It depends, in order to make your canvas print last longer you need to make sure that the printed canvas is kept out of direct sunlight under normal indoor conditions. This means you need to pay attention to where you hang your image, if you want the vibrant colors to remain as they are for years to come.

Display Stands Printing

What are your recommendations before I ordering a bunting stand from ArchPrint?

We will suggest for you the suitable options based on the location where you want to install your bunting stand, the type of event, and the period that you will be using the stand for.

The standard materials for the bunting stand printing are synthetic paper 200uum and tarpaulin 440gsm. These materials are suitable for long term use whether indoors or outdoors.

Gifts Printing

Is there any warranty provided by Archprint for my photo rock, mug or ceramic tiles order?

For these items we will make that the printing process, quality and packing of the customer's order are in perfect order, and once the customer collects the order, any issue other than printing will be liable by the customer.

Can I collect my order on the same day?

The customer can collect their order on the same day but this will depend on the quantity available at ArchPrint for the item that the customer has ordered.

Will my completed order have the exact color as the original file that I provided you?

we will be using sublimation heat press and the color will not be 100% exactly the same as the original file that the customer provides, but our production team will perform the necessary adjustments to make sure that the colors are as close to 100% as the original file provided by the customer.

Laser Cutting and Engraving

What are the acceptable file formats for laser cutting and engraving?

The acceptable file formats for laser cutting and engraving are DXF, DWG or AI files using correct scales to get the production results.

What will happen if I bring my own materials and there was an issue during the laser cut process?

If the finished product fails to meet customer's expectation using ArchPrint listed material, ArchPrint shall take the responsability to settle this issue, however if the material was new to our list and provided by our customer, the customer will be required to provide an extra material unit to run a trial test to find the correct laser machine adjustments and setting so that we are able to meet the customer's expectations for their order.

Do we have to provide the materials for the laser cutting and engraving or does ArchPrint has a ready stock?

ArchPrint has a ready material list for laser cutting and engraving. Kindly contact us to confirm the type and stock availability for your desired order

Is there a minimum order quantity for the laser cut and engraving service?.

The minimum duration for our laser cut service is 1 hour. Thus, if your file for the cutting is less than 1 hour then you will be charged for 1 hour based on our minimum duration policy for our laser cut and engraving service.

Loose Sheets and Name Cards

What is the minimum order quantity to order name cards and the lead time?

The minimum order quantity for normal finishing name card is 1 box. While the special finishing name card such as spot UV and hot stamping will be 3 boxes of the same design. As for the duration to complete the special finishing name cards the process will take 4 - 5 working days to be ready, however standard name card printing and finishing can be ready within the same day, following our production cut off time.

Does ArchPrint have any ready templates that they can provide us so that we can make our design?

For flyers & name card yes we do have our own ready templates. You may request a template from our customer service using whatsapp or via email.

Mug Printing

Can we bring our own mug that we bought from another vendor and print on it at ArchPrint?

We do not accept mugs from other sources because the mug type that is used must be compatible with our heat press and Sublimation printing machines.

Can we print on any side of the mug?

We have a ready template for mug printing that has 3 sections corresponding to the mug sides, and you may choose which sides you want to print your design on based on the ready template we have

Will the colors on the printed mug be exactly 100% similar to the file that I provided you?

The color will not be exactly 100% similar to the file that you provided in most cases, but we will send you a picture of a sample before we proceed with the full quantity to make sure that you are okay with the results.

can you print my design on the full mug?

The standard printing range is at maximum 8cm x 20cm as it meet the requirements of our heat press machine which we use to fulfill your order.

T shirt Printing

Can we choose the color and the type of material of the T shirt that we want to print at ArchPrint?

ArchPrint has its own ready stock of T shirts and the colors available at the moment are only white and black. As for the type of T shirt materials, we have 2 types which are: Gildan Premium Cotton, and Lefonse Dri-Fit. While for cotton we have in two options color, and for dri-fit, and the have the white color available at the moment. For any other materials and colors the customers shall provide the T shirts from their end.

Does ArchPrint provide any assurance regarding the printing quality and color for T shirt printing orders?

We use the DTF Printing and Sublimation Heat press for dri-fit T shirt prinitng orders, and it is the best method of printing. Thus, the color will be exactly the same based on the file provided by the customer. But we cannot say it is 100% because of different factors such as materials used and how they absorb the printed color.
